EHRC Opens Shortened Consultation as the UN Raises the Alarm
TL;DR: The EHRC has opened an unusually short public consultation on its upcoming statutory guidance about the Supreme Courtβs ruling on the definition of βwomanβ in the Equality Act. Meanwhile, the UN has warned of the human rights risks relating to the ruling.
