As 2025 draws to an end, we bring you an unexpectedly packed news week.
The Levy Report into adult Trans+ healthcare, long feared as the next step towards decimating gender-affirming care in the UK, has instead provided some 'sensible' recommendations - even if it failed to achieve the radical rethink that is desperately needed.
Elsewhere, there are growing signs that the anti-trans and gender critical movement's attempts to use the courts to stymie Trans+ rights are struggling and may well have peaked.
Indeed, in a week that has seen parliament and the newspapers focused on Trans+ healthcare, we bring you an example of how our investigative reporting - which is only possible thanks to paid QueerAF members - is shaping parliamentary debates on the matter.
We conclude this year's final newsletter with a piece looking back on key moments in LGBTQIA+ rights worldwide.
